The boat ride was lovely. Too bad they would not accept our smartphone tickets. We had to wait in line to get new paper tickets and missed the boat. Had to wait an hour in the sun before the next sailing.

End of the trip was the best thing (restaurant & winery), rest of it was on the road and first wine tasting was too little. Also the small town is nice at the beginning but needs to be a bit of more time than 40 minutes. Tour guide Mariana was amazing.

We highly recommend you do the wine tour to the Douro Valley... it was well organized, very informative and educational. We enjoyed the lunch served and wine tasting experience. Our guide Sergio was the best! He took care of everyone and made sure we were all comfortable. Thank you, Sergio

Duoro geographically is an interesting place. The Moscotel vineyard gave fascinating insights into that type of wine production. Generous lunch with wine lovely place Second vineyard again interesting but suffered from too many groups and echoing cellars so not able to hear all the information. Boat trip pleasant end to visit

The timings of the tour was changed to 7:30 from 8:10, but I didn't receive the information. And it's been 4 days now and I still haven't received the refund. Extremely frustrating experience.

Nothing. Because , due to your invalid system my expected and booked trip, 10-10-24 was still set at the 8th. One of your people or livimgtours armitted to me: yes, this is failure because of your systems. Nevertheless: 0 refunds! Very disappointed! This is not to treat customers. It feels like stealing money. 0 points.

Great experience, the scenery is stunning, the Quinta where we had the first tasting and lunch is a very pleasant place (lunch was simple and decent, not exceptional), the second one has an incredible setting and the river cruise is a must. The van is modern and comfortable. The group size is quite large (around 25), a more intimate experience would have been better suited to our personal preferences and our guide Antonio was nice and professional albeit a little impersonal. Overall not far from a 5/5 and I would recommend this experience.

Good tour, maybe the boat trip tour could have been longer

Our TukTuk driver, Alex, was excellent. His English was great, and he was very knowledgeable able the tour he took us on. He made our experience very worthwhile. The boat was also good.

The guide tour was very nice and waited for us, although we arrived late at the pick up point because of the rain. After this initiatic trip, it was very easy for us to find and visit every landmark of the city.

The tour was good. But we now realise that Headout load the prices significantly from those available locally!

Our guide was super and showed us loads of very interesting and beautiful sights and was really engaging

Interesting experience with a guide who knows so well his town

Boarding is orgnized very good. Morning food and lunch is good. Taste of the cup of vinho do porto is very special and good. It would be better If journey can be 10 hours.

My 3 friends and I signed up for the 8 hr tour of the Douro River which included a visit to a vineyard. Firstly, it turned out to be a 12 hour day which was NOT made clear when booking. They fed us a roll / crossiant with juice, coffee tea for breakfast almost immeditely upon arrival which was ok. Since they were well aware the day would be longer, they should have waited until later to serve the lunch. Lunch was ok if you are not a vegetarian. The veggies included were soggy boiled potatoes and mushy stringbeans and carrots. we were told we would be a the vineyard for an hour which was incorrect as well. I believe we arrived later than the vineyard employees expected and sort of felt rushed out of there as they wanted to close for the day. Hopefully these comments (as i heard the similar comments from others on the boat) will help you fix some of these complaints.

Service on the boat, scenery

La croisière est bien, mais trop longue. Le repas était très bon, mais les quantités trop grande, donc beaucoup de gaspillage. Nous avons été à peine 20 minutes dans le vignoble et il fallait quitter. C'est d'ailleurs le peu de temps dans le vignoble qui nous a le plus déçu.

Transportation to winery snd back was poor

It was more than I expected. If you are nature lover and want to enjoy the best scenes go for it.

No communication about the name of the vessel was provided in advance. It was a different vessel than depicted. Boarding took 1 hour 15 minutes. 2 pieces of bakery for breakfast is not enough, in my opinion. Lunch exceeded the expectations, but the vessel suddenly stopped at the intermediate point and the tour was discontinued at 17.00 hrs. There was no wine tasting - one of the main items of the agenda. The crew of the ship and waiters were confident, professional and pleasant, but the girls / guides failed to fulfill their duties, provide complete information and properly communicate the reasons of the changes in the agenda. I have requested the full refund.

The gorunds of the Serralves Museum are quite lovely and the musum staff were exceptionally helpful. Wonderful place to visit while in Porto.
