Firstly, don’t waste your time, like I did, analysing all the numerous, different company, price offerings to tour the Douro Valley. If it’s cheap, it’s cheap for a reason! You get what you pay for!

I wound up getting a private tour! Turns out there was a mix-up of some sort and everyone cancelled. I was the only one who wound up going. Tiago my guide showed up at my hotel at the exact time scheduled. He did a wonderful job of showing me the sites and even went out of his way to show me some different views not normally on the tour since I was the only one. Tiago even would stop randomly when I asked so I could take a few pictures. He was very knowledgeable about Porto and the area where the wine estates were. The wine estates were also good. Had good wine and a delicious meal I couldn't even eat all of. Excellent all the way around!

Fabulous place to know about a life of grapes. How fascinating the story telling to explain the beauty and hardship to turn the beautiful berries into something so elegant and classy.

It was super interesting and well organized. In German it would be called,,, cream on the cake,,. A great experience

The booking was easy on the website. The tour was interesting given by a very informative and friendly guide. The tasting included a good selection of ports and we were allowed time to enjoy it and didn't feel rushed.

The tour was pleasant, has the right duration, and is well worth spending an hour learning a bit more about the production of Port wine.

It was quite fast but alright, the museum is short but interesting and there were two kinds of porto wine, and other tasting with three wines, they are really strong flavored so be ready and have some food before!

Enjoyed the 30min walk around and learn about the ports then 30mins to taste - a good timeframe. Also enjoyed the chocolate pairing!
