Book Porto city cards

Nothing, a disappointment! They promised that the bus tickets were included! Not true, had to buy tuckets separately! Never again. Thanks for nothing! Know more reliable partners!

I haven't been able to pick it up and couldn't cancel it. I will try and get it tomorrow but paid for two days.

I needed a transportation card not just for discounts. When I booked it in Headout websait, I couldn't understand that the choice I made was only for discounts. I didn't took out even the card, because it was unnecessary for me. I asked for the refund but they said that it's not allowed by the service owner . I lost 24 ( 2 days card for 2 adults) euros for nothing.

Too short a time to even recoup the 5 euros for the postage ticket to pay. We would have been cheaper without it! Savings too small on admission to various museums. Do you think that was the intention?

La carte permet des réductions sur le tarif de visite ainsi que certaines entrées gratuites. Je n'ai pas testé les réductions chez les commerçants ou dans les restaurants.

Easy and practical to use in many places to visit

We thought public transport would be there, but probably did not read the description very clearly.

I caught a train to Campanha but the ticket collection point given was in the centre of porto the bus net work was also quite confusing and clearly without the ticket we had to pay . you need to be able to pick up the travel card at the Campanha station so you can save paying to for transport

The Portocart for the metro was very good. To be able to use the buses, you should get a route map with the card if possible. The departure and final destination with route is not clear for vacationers who only visit Porto for a short time and then you don't know how to get there. That's why we couldn't use the buses. With the discounts, you can't save that much on a 3-day trip, as you also want to do other activities. We only visited 2 of the free museums and were hardly able to take advantage of any other discounts.

The staff at the information kiosk at the Cathedral were less than helpful. We had to rely on ourselves to find what we could and couldn't do using the card.

Porto Card is highly recommended for tourists!

The card for public transport works well - but the streetcar, ferry, elevator and gondola are not included (only minimal discounts). We would no longer take the Portocard - it is not possible to book tickets online with the card, i.e. you have to wait in long queues to get a time slot. For the future, it would be good if the ticket discount was taken into account when booking online!
