Eine sehr angenehme Aktivität mit einem kurzen Zwischenstopp, der einen schnellen Besuch der Stadt Amarante ermöglicht. Der Besuch beim Portweinhersteller war gut vorbereitet, gefolgt von einer kleinen, angenehmen Fahrt auf dem Douro. Anschließend gab es ein Essen und einen weiteren Besuch auf einem etwas rustikaleren Weingut. Sehr schön. Ein besonderer Dank geht an unseren Reiseleiter Christian, der ein ausgezeichneter Reiseleiter mit viel Humor ist!

Schöner Ort und das Personal hat uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir gingen als eine Familie. Der Führer (Maru) war sehr freundlich und orientierte uns über den Ort und wusste über die Weine, die wir verkostet. Das Essen war köstlich und die Bootsfahrt war wunderschön. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

I recently went on the wine tour in the Douro Valley and it was an unforgettable experience. The tour started in the charming town of Amarante. From there, we visited two different wineries and tried a total of six different wines. One of the highlights of the tour was the lunch at the second winery. The food was exceptional and the wine pairing was spot on. We got to taste some of the local specialties and it was a real treat to try the dishes that were perfectly paired with the wines. The tour was well-organized and our guides were fantastic. It was a truly immersive experience that left me with a newfound appreciation for Portuguese wine and culture.

As someone who doesn't know much about wine, I found this tour to be really educational and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
